Juno Veterinary Summerhill

I’ve had a great experience at the Summerhill location for our first time visit. The clinic looks gorgeous, it’s spacious, beautifully designed and very clean. Clinic staff is super friendly. Special thanks to Dr. Zach, Dr.Melissa and Chantal for making my puppy feel so comfortable and relaxed and for paying such a great attention to every detail. I felt that the team genuinely cared about my pup and took such a great care of her. So happy I’ve joined the Juno family! And last but not least I was so pleasantly surprised that all the information (appointment recap, prescriptions, etc etc were saved in Juno’s system and are easily accessible in their app). Thank you Juno team for this 5 star experience (and for the swag bag - Bambi is in love with her new bandana)! ☺️

Really great experience, I was offered coffee and water upon enterance. From the front desk staff to the assistant to Dr.Doug were all so wonderful and accommodating. Pricing is good, such a luxurious experience. Really thankful for Juno, that 24/7 chat support is wonderful tool for all dog owners. My dog was sick I was able to contact a Vet tech at 3am, she gave me some advice and scheduled me in same day for 10:30am. I didn’t have to wait until the office open, which provided for much relief. Seriously recommend Dr. Doug and his team

I’ve waited a few months to submit this review - just to make sure I wasn’t leaving a glowing review during the “honeymoon” phase of our relationship. Here’s what I gotta say: Juno is a game changer, on every front! It has been a joy transitioning every aspect of my pets’ care to Juno. Even after going to the previous vet for almost 14 years. Juno’s team has made it easy for me- from simple things like switching accounts for online ordering of food and prescriptions to accommodating my budgetary constraints by flexing the time period between visits. The staff are friendly, attentive, responsive and professional, and the level of care from the vet themselves has been really good. In my opinion, what sets this practice apart is the level of communication about my pet’s needs - which is unprecedented, to say the least. They accomplish this with technology - something the entire practice uses to great effect and efficiency. This is centred around their brilliant Mobile app. The two key functions of the app that still blow my mind are: 1. My pets records - from vet & tech notes, to bloodwork results, to invoicing - every record is available to me immediately. 2. The chat function. I cannot stress enough the peace of mind that comes with being able to talk to someone at 2am - which I’ve had the “opportunity” to use a couple of times. And the tech on the chat is connected to the vets so I know that there will be follow-up if needed. There are so many other little (and big) ways that Juno has changed my life for the better but I’ll leave it at this: Best. Experience. Ever.

This is a great veterinary. The vets and staff are very friendly and they take extreme care of your pet's health. I would recommend this place to any pet owner. Dustin, my kitty, has been going there since he was 2 months old. He has received nothing but love from everyone. Dr. Garrett has been very kind to him and has made sure Dustin is always comfortable. Dustin got neutered recently and Dr. Garrett made sure to call me when the procedure was over and gave me updates. I couldn't think of a better place for my kitty to go.

Ohhhh my, I could gush about Juno for hours. We brought our son for his first visit in August, and every appointment since has been exceptional. This is the first time in a very long time that I've felt 100% comfortable with the care of a vet. The Summerhill location is gorgeous, their customer service is unmatched, the app is easy to use. As a helicopter parent, I am calmed by the 24hr chat feature. Juno has been the first and only vet that is completely transparent about pricing and will take the time to explain quotes based on your budget. Their service feels genuine and I will not stop telling every pet owner I encounter about Juno!
